Intense Strapless Bodyshaper

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
  
• The item must be in original condition
  
• All original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging must be intact
  
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, shapewear that has been worn, tried without undergarments, washed, or damaged will NOT be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Used or worn shapewear
  
• Items with removed or tampered hygiene seals
  
• Items returned after 7 days
  
• Items damaged due to improper use or washing
  
• Items purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)
  

Size Issues

We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing an order.

• Returns will not be accepted for incorrect size selection if the size guide was ignored.
  
• If you receive a wrong size sent by us, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A defective product
  
• An incorrect item
  

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos/videos of the issue
  
• Your order number
  

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping if the error is ours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  
• Bank processing time may take an additional 5–10 business days
  

You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
  
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
