Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we accept returns or exchanges only if the product meets the following conditions:
The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable) are intact
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Size Exchange
We understand that sizing can be tricky.
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
To ensure a smooth exchange:

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
You receive a damaged or defective product
You receive an incorrect item
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible:
Used or worn shapewear
Products without original packaging or tags
Products returned after the 7-day window
Items purchased during clearance or special sales (if mentioned at checkout)
