Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we accept returns or exchanges only if the product meets the following conditions:

The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable) are intact

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Size Exchange

We understand that sizing can be tricky.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Will the shapewear roll down? +
No. Our shapewear is designed with anti-roll waistbands and strong grip elastic to stay in place throughout the day. Choosing the correct size is important to prevent rolling.
Is it comfortable for daily wear? +
Yes. Our fabric is breathable, stretchable, and skin-friendly. It is suitable for office wear, weddings, parties, and everyday use.
Does it completely flatten the tummy? +
Our shapewear provides firm compression and visible smoothing. It enhances your natural shape under outfits but is not a medical slimming product.
Can I wear it under saree or lehenga? +
Yes. Our shapewear is seamless and ideal for sarees, lehengas, bodycon dresses, and fitted outfits.
What is your delivery time in India? +
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
What is your exchange policy? +
We offer a 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged products cannot be exchanged.
Do you offer refunds? +
Refunds are only applicable if you receive a defective or incorrect product. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
Is Cash on Delivery available? +
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable locations across India.
How should I wash the shapewear? +
Hand wash with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Air dry only to maintain elasticity and durability.
